2nd Day of Body by Vi- 90 Day Challenge.
So I'm not feeling too comfortable posting my before pics so everyone will have to wait! However, I got my measurements down and I'm doing this!
Of course I had to start the challenge on the "week" I don't feel so hot. Exercise has been walking around neighborhood and Wii Fit. Next week I'm going to try going to a "class" but for now I feel comfortable working out at home.
The shakes are AWESOME!!! I use almond milk and put a banana in it and yummy!!! I stay full for hours. Yesterday, I had a bit more energy not sure if that was the shake or my mind playing tricks on me. Whatever reason I got a lot done.
I am excited about this program and hopefully I will have some impressive results next week.
My goal is to exercise 3 times a week and loose 15 in 90 days- I CAN DO THIS!!!

Body By Vi~ 90 Day Challenge- 1st Day!
A friend introduced the product to me a little over a month ago and when I tasted it I was hooked. Also I've been watching a Facebook friend do her thing with this product the past several months. So between actually tasting the product and seeing the results from BOTH friends I wanted to join the CHALLENGE!
My biggest hurdle was how was I going to afford this~ money is very tight in my house. I picked up a couple more days at work and hopefully that will pay for this extra expense. I got the 1 shake a day plan for $50 but I do want to do the 2 shakes a day plan SOON! The 2 shakes a day will definitely increase my chances for weight loss. Plus I'm sure the $100 will compensate for itself because I'm replacing 2 meals a day. Also if I get 3 people to sign up- I will get my product for FREE! WOW that is incentive huh!
Last night I was watching TV and a commercial came on about WATERWORLD. I want to take the kids there so bad but I don't want to be a lump on the sidelines watching everyone have fun. I hate getting into a swimming suit with a passion! So my goal is to be able to feel good in a bathing suit and go have fun at WATERWORLD!
