What I made from Pinterest this week-Sloppy Joes

Every week I look at Pinterest for ideas on dinners/lunches.  I wanted to share what I made this week and what I thought about it.

Now did we like it....it was great but we all said it needed 2 pieces of bread but everyone LOVED the meat mixture.  I usually buy the Sloppy Joes seasoning packet but I liked this taste of this much better.  So next I will make the meat mixture but have some good ol tasty buns ready!

My son is playing the TROMBONE!

OMG...he came home so excited about his new instrument! When I saw it I was OMG what did he get himself into!  He loves it and all day was outside blowing on it.  At first he sounded like he was farting but now he sounds much better.  I can't wait to see him in concert at his school.  This instrument is brand new so I hope he takes better care of it than he does his room.  This thing is HUGE though and puts a big bummer on our bike riding on WED/FRI because he can't carry that and bike ride at the same time.

So my head has been thinking of ways to get them to school, tomorrow we will take the bus but we can't do that every day because PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION is expensive!  It will cost me $10 to get them to school and myself back- shaking my head!  $10 in my car would get me to school and back all week I bet!  My hubby needs to get his truck fixed or sell it!  Ok rant over!

Toe Juice Review

My Review~  I have to say the name throws you off- I was huh- Toe Juice really but hey it WORKS!  I wish I had pictures to show you but Lil Mama didn't want me to take them of her.  Lil Mama picks at scabs and is always finding something wrong on her skin.  So this product was a savior for us. Wow it cleared up old scabs she kept picking at on her legs. Also she had a little rash on her neck from a cheap necklace and guess what..all cleared up in a day!  I highly recommend this product if you have any of the symptoms below.  I also love the smell- it smells a bit like Listerine.  I put it on my heels because I'm in flip flops all the time and you know it gets a bit rough back there.

Kids! Learn to Draw iPad App- REVIEW

We are a iPad/iPhone family!  We fight over the iPad all the time and are thinking about getting another one sometime down the road.  I always like to find COOL APPS for the kids that are useful and entertaining for them.  I found one called Kids! Learn to Draw by Walter Foster and we are loving this one.  My hubby is an artist so kids are always drawing stuff so this App was a hit with the kids.  The App is  FREE to download and additional lesson plans are all under $4.  This app kept my youngest busy for hours.  I bought the Sea Creatures lesson plan and the kids loved learning how to draw the dolphin and puffer!  The lesson plans walk you through the whole process.  When you are done with picture make sure you click on MENU and click on hide drawing guide so you can SEE what you drew.
