When you THINK positive you surround yourself with good vibes! Also what harm can positivity bring? I do need to work on this more though- sometimes I let negative thoughts get in my way!
EXERCISE daily- good one!!! I really need to do this one. I know I feel great after yoga or a bike ride but it's that push to do it that get's me every time!
EAT healthy- AMEN! When I put junk in my body I feel very sluggish and weak but when I fuel up on some fruit and salad man I feel like I can conquer the world. The older I get the more I need to do this!
WORK hard- well okay I'm sure that works for some but WORK sounds so official. I feel great when I get things accomplished or completed so I will agree on that.
STAY Strong- HECK YEAH! The older I get the stronger I get that is for sure.
WORRY less- I really need to work on this. I can keep myself up at night just thinking about this and that so more sleep worry less!
DANCE more- right on! I love to dance and dancing was a big part of my life back in the day but these days not so much- but hey I have kids and Xbox now!
LOVE often- this is what keeps me going everyday! The love in my house is beautiful. We all say I love you to someone at least 5-10 times a day.
BE Happy~ Smiling is great medicine. I'm happy in some aspects of my life and others well let's just say they are works in progress. I'm happy and that is hard to say sometimes.
