2nd Day of Body by Vi- 90 Day Challenge.

So I'm not feeling too comfortable posting my before pics so everyone will have to wait!  However, I got my measurements down and I'm doing this!

Of course I had to start the challenge on the "week" I don't feel so hot.  Exercise has been walking around neighborhood and Wii Fit.  Next week I'm going to try going to a "class" but for now I feel comfortable working out at home.

The shakes are AWESOME!!!  I use almond milk and put a banana in it and yummy!!!  I stay full for hours. Yesterday, I had a bit more energy not sure if that was the shake or my mind playing tricks on me.  Whatever reason I got a lot done.

I am excited about this program and hopefully I will have some impressive results next week.

My goal is to exercise 3 times a week and loose 15 in 90 days- I CAN DO THIS!!!
